The resetquorumlog command creates a new quorum log file, if missing or corrupted, using information stored in the local node's cluster database and creates a new registry checkpoint file. The new quorum file is created using information in the cluster database located in %systemroot%clusterCLUSDB. If the quorum log file is not missing or corrupt, this command has no effect.
The syntax is:
clussvc /debug /resetquorumlog
The resetquorumlog command can also be set as a start parameter when starting the cluster service in the Computer Management console.

From the page: "Compressed UNIX tar archives (typically tar.gz or .tgz extensions) can be extracted in a single command. This is faster and works with less disk space available."

Very well written and informed article about the need to increase the general publics' scientific literacy...
"We are in the unfortunate position of having to discuss controversy in classrooms because we have done an inadequate job of creating a scientifically literate public. We lie in this bed because of inaction on creating national science education standards, because of decades of educational decay, and an unwillingness to address the roots of fear and ignorance."

Honda's new GPS warns drivers when they're about to leave their car in places where it is likely to be stolen, broken into or otherwise vandalized. The new technology, available from today if you live in Japan, links to local police stations and provides crime ratings by location, and if area is particularly dangerous it issues an alert. No indication of when or if this'll come to the US.
