The new quorum file is created using information in the cluster database located in %systemroot%clusterCLUSDB. If the quorum log file is not missing or corrupt, this command has no effect.

The syntax is:

clussvc /debug /resetquorumlog

The resetquorumlog command can also be set as a start parameter when starting the cluster service in the Computer Management console.
